This is what a few of our current clients have to say about us. |

“It was great to have had the opportunity to receive some coaching from you. I believe I have gained important insights and awareness into my behaviour as well as a better understanding of the behaviour of others. Of course, this is a work in progress, and I will have to keep my efforts focused on fully adopting my learnings. ”
- Vice President, Information Technology
“I want to thank you for this positive work with Steve. I know he has appreciated it and will most certainly help him move forward into more challenging leadership roles. I also want to thank you for reminding me as well that positive comments and verbal recognition is important for everyone to practice.”
- Vice President, Human Resources
“They were bowled over and riveted, the feedback was great – both from our executive directors as well as the analysts so our sessions worked! Everyone sent in lots of praise incl at least one who thinks I should become a professional motivational speaker!”

Today, I had a lunch appointment scheduled with a portfolio manager of a pretty large hedge fund so I thought I'd try out something that I might have picked up from our training. He had already told me he wanted to meet for lunch and pass me the cheque of the minimum amount to fund his account. I thought this would be a pretty straight forward meeting, so I decided to practice some rapport building and questioning techniques.
When we met, instead of delving straight to business talking about our products and trading as we had for the last few meetings, I decided to ask him more about himself and other non-business related stuff. To my surprise, it felt like I opened up a new doorway of energy in him when he started talking about his latest holiday in Bali, he and his wife's dive trips, the fact that he's only moved to Singapore for 5 months, and the food that he likes here.
To cut the long story short, we had our food served on the table and just before we started eating, he whipped out his chequebook and wrote a cheque. That was when he said: "Chris, I really like you. I tell you what, I'm gonna start my account with 100k instead of the minimum amount of 10k, and you tell me where are the best dive spots are around here. Cool?" The rest of lunch we NEVER once talked about business.
