Training Needs Analysis
Utilizing focus groups, one-on-one discussions and phone interviews, Simitri will interview the nominated stakeholders using a targeted questioning process to identify the key training requirements of your team.

Typically the process takes 2 elapsed days with the following deliverables: business challenges, needs analysis, training objectives, course outline (flow / agenda), training methodology, logistical requirements and evaluation process.

The Simitri Pitching for Business consulting service has one key objective – to ensure you win the client account, mandate, tender or business. To do this we join your pitch team during the planning process whether it's 2 months or 2 days.

To ensure success, we take the team through the Simitri 10-step pitching process which combines effective selling and powerful presentation skills.

By ensuring a clear message is developed, by creating the right visual aids and by structuring the pitch for maximum impact, your team will come across to the prospect as confident, professional and capable of handling their needs.

Simitri is also able to support the development of your pitch documents, including PowerPoint slides and written proposals.

Developing the Message

Facilitating Meetings
When facilitating meetings, the goal of the Simitri Consultant is to help your team work effectively and achieve superior outcomes by managing the meeting process, whilst leaving the co ntent to the participants.

To support the meeting the Simitri Consultant will take the following steps before the event:

  • meet with team leaders to scope the initial objectives and deliverables
  • meetwith team leaders to reconfirm and expand meeting objectives and deliverables
  • design the agenda and flow of the workshop

During the meeting we will ensure clarity of objectives and achievement of goals, provide a process to assist the group to be time effective while making quality decisions, guide discussion to keep the group on track, then summarising and reflecting on key decisions and action items.

Additionally, the Simitri Consultant will manage the Group Dynamics – high energy, low energy, resistance, conflict, etc – to ensure participation by all team members and to allow management to be part of the team and focus on the content, not the process.

Change Management
Change Management involves activities including:

  • defining and instilling new values, attitudes, norms, and behaviors within an organization that supports new ways of doing work and overcomes resistance to change;
  • building consensus among customers and stakeholders on specific changes designed to better meet their needs; and
  • planning, testing, and implementing all aspects of the transition from one organizational structure or business process to another.

The Simitri consultant will assist your management or organization achieve change in a planned, systematic and structured way and then work with you to construct the right communication message and delivery channel to ensure its active roll out.
