Engage & Diagnose
In this phase the need for the coaching is examined. We look to see why coaching is required, the individual’s prior experience with coaching, and the outcomes and objectives expected. – key psychometrics, etc…
Design & Approach
The Design & Approach stage is centred on how the individual best learns. We typically follow the Dr. Stephanie Burns approach, which is based on short bursts of coaching over an extended period of time.
As business is often unpredictable, rushed and ever changing, the coach is available 24 x 7 and can engage on a variety of platforms, including face-to-face, phone, email and/or video-conference.
A multi-faceted approach ensures that all results are linked to clear objectives and outcomes. Methods include self-evaluation, management review, peer evaluation and coach feedback.
