A major European bank needed to help human resources professionals to deepen their relationships with the business units. The central focus was to convert HR’s role from purely administrative into a team of trusted advisors who deliver critical business value. Simitri developed a learning programme in order to deliver this change.
As part of a major restructuring, a major European bank sought to reposition human resources teams as country and regional business partners. Participants were strong in administration and operations, however senior management wanted to focus their skills on advising business units on a variety of workforce issues in order to add strategic and business value.
Simitri developed a programme to address the specific mindset and behaviours needed to make the transition from administrative fire-fighting to strategic and business advisory roles.

Extending the Learning
Designed as a series of alternating ILT and vILT sessions, the programme also included an online learning portal which continued participant engagement between the facilitated sessions and months afterward. After each session, participants logged in to the portal to access additional self-directed content for study and direct workplace application.
