In collaboration with a well global FMCG organisation we designed, developed and delivered a fully customised programme for their high-potential employees. The learning approach blended in-class facilitation with digital elements specifically designed to engage younger managers. Digital elements included online assessments, business simulations, and an online extended learning portal for group interaction after the workshop.
Challenge
A leading fast moving consumer goods company needed to help Gen Y talent prepare for advancement by developing skills not taught in university. Key development areas included:

Solution
Simitri created a three day in-class workshop from the bottom to top, with custom online content accessed before, during, and after each session. All materials and apps included unique programme branding and logo.
Results
Six months after the initial training, 75% of managers of participants reported substantial improvement in self-awareness. 72% reported participants’ improvement in communication skills and problem solving.
