Because every situation is unique, a Simitri coach selects a coaching approach that fits the needs of the individual or group, as well as the learning objectives of the sponsoring organisation.

Whether working one-on-one or with a small group, our coaches draw on a range of methods, including non-directive, directive, and collaborative coaching, always with growth and real-world results in mind. Depending on the context, the coach may adapt or combine methods to maximise impact. Where relevant, the agreed approach is documented in the Coaching Engagement Plan.

  • Knowledge: Identify the right skills and behaviours necessary to achieve the stated coaching objectives

  • Review and Debrief: To ensure that the Coachee is accountable and delivering on the agreed action plan
Monthly reporting on progress and outcomes:
  • Session date / Duration
  • Topics discussed
  • Action plans agreed to by the Coach and Coachee
  • Progress and steps taken by the Coachee to achieve the action plan and coaching objectives.
