SELLING IN A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The Simitri Selling in a Virtual Environment is a series of three live virtual trainings developed to improve sales techniques in the virtual world.

The first session helps the participants move towards a consultative selling mindset (BRACES), demonstrates the power of relationship quality, unlocks the key to building trust more quickly, as well as showing participants how to use the virtual tools to aid effective communication.

The second session focused on the core communication needed to deliver BRACES effectively whilst the third shows participants how to drive powerful value-driven persuasive messaging and overcome any resistance the customer may offer.

Each session has role-plays where participant practices the relevant skills and receive feedback from their peers and the facilitator.
