Our Promise

Simitri was recently awarded a Silver Medal in the 2023 EcoVadis Sustainability assessment. This result places Simitri amongst the top 25% of worldwide companies assessed by EcoVadis. To celebrate our completion of the sustainability assessment, EcoVadis will be planting a tree on our behalf through their partnership with One Tree Planted.

EcoVadis is the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. Global supply chains, financial institutions, and public organisations rely on EcoVadis to monitor and improve the sustainability performance of their business and trading partners.

We strive to grow our business in an environmentally sustainable way and have been cultivating eco-efficient practices to improve our energy management and resource conservation.

Our environmental footprint consists primarily of paper and carbon emissions generated from office energy consumption, we have recently stopped producing hard copy materials and replaced them with digital solutions for our clients.

Fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion is evident through our human capital demographic. Our people are without a doubt the most valuable assets that we have. The very nature of our business requires that we hire and develop consultants who are broadly representative of the various ethnic, linguistic, and cultural groups of the countries in which we operate. This is key to ensuring that our learning solutions address the human-centred challenges that our global clients face. Our diversity allows us to provide the local business and cultural knowledge needed to help our clients solve complex communication and leadership problems and to achieve better business results in local markets.

Going far beyond hiring local talent, we embrace and encourage employee differences in age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, language, national origin, political affiliation, religion, disability, and veteran status. We firmly believe that these characteristics are what make each of our employees unique, and that feeling valued and included as a member of the Simitri family are key to employee success, both personally and professionally.

Simitri’s diversity initiatives include, but are not limited to, policies on recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, professional development, promotions, terminations, and the active development of a work environment that is built on equity and shared opportunity.

Strength lies in differences, not in similarities.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of Simitri’s DNA and has been since the foundation of the company. Not only are responsibility and social good at the core of our business (which focuses on developing others and improving the well-being of our clients), we also take steps to engage and develop the communities in which we operate. As a result, the benefits of our efforts, such as our work with Tabitha in Cambodia or our drive to reduce our carbon footprint, now go well beyond Simitri and the work we deliver to our clients.

Simitri’s community programme covers a broad range of initiatives, from donating refurbished IT equipment to local charities to playing an integral role in building the first Tabitha school in Sapor Province, Cambodia, The Sue Huxley School, named in honour of our founding partner’s wife, Sue.
