A Proven Process

Simitri uses psychometric tools to improve a coachee’s level of self-awareness and to assist with identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Building on this foundation of insights, the coachee is able to play a more active role in the process.

Simitri’s coaching approach is outcome-focused. Each engagement is designed with a clear end in mind. The coachee plays a key role in defining where he/she would like to be and agrees to the steps that need to be taken in order to get there. 

Each engagement is designed as a collaboration between three parties: the coach, the coachee, and the programme sponsors. The Simitri process ensures transparency between all parties from the initial briefing to the final debrief.
