Executive coaching develops leadership and management skills at the individual level for improved business results for the coachee, team, and company. Coaching can be used to address an urgent and compelling need, cultivate long-term personal development, or provide support to a team when delivering projects.
Being an angel advocate
Coaches provide a fresh perspective to personal and business challenges, acting as angel advocates to guide executives towards higher achievement. In this role, the coach draws on past experiences as a business leader to provide insights on the road to success, as well as counsel on avoiding potential pitfalls.

solutions for every level
Building insight and self-awareness to support critical individual and organisational change. A highly experienced individual coach is ideal when failure is not an option.
Developing long-term leadership effectiveness, preparing for advancement, or supporting the transition to a new role or country, a coach can ensure success.
Supporting teams when delivering complex projects or driving mission-critical change initiatives. The coach delivers insight into planning, execution, and managing the team dynamic.
Integrating new skills and learning content after the workshop through group project planning and delivery, a group may be created specifically to address learning objectives.
A Proven Process
Simitri uses psychometric tools to improve a coachee’s level of self-awareness and to assist with identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Building on this foundation of insights, the coachee is able to play a more active role in the process.
Simitri’s coaching approach is outcome-focused. Each engagement is designed with a clear end in mind. The coachee plays a key role in defining where he/she would like to be and agrees to the steps that need to be taken in order to get there.
Each engagement is designed as a collaboration between three parties: the coach, the coachee, and the programme sponsors. The Simitri process ensures transparency between all parties from the initial briefing to the final debrief.
