8 March marks International Women's Day, a chance to celebrate women everywhere.
During our recently concluded 2023 Global Business Conference, we took the time to acknowledge and celebrate our Women In Business. There are many women in the Simitri family who are inspiring leaders and champions; it was an opportunity for us to recognise these wonderful women who are not only an integral part of our company now, but will make impactful contributions to the larger Simitri community in years to come.
Our diversity mindset is strongly represented at every level of management — from our executive team and higher management, to sales and support roles and beyond. Celebrating the strengths and success of diverse people and women in our organisation from multiple functions across the company comes naturally as to truly become the best in our field, we believe we cannot and should not hold artificial barriers when it comes to recruiting those who possess the talent and skills required to carry our vision forward. This is in line with the International Women's Day 2023 theme #EmbraceEquity.
