Simitri worked with a global FMCG company to develop a customised programme for their high-potential employees. The learning approach blended in-class facilitation with digital elements specifically designed to engage younger managers. Digital elements included online assessments, business simulations, and an online extended learning portal for group interaction after the workshop.
